Day One features fine Chinese art including mark and period porcelain and exceptional jade carvings, a curated themed wine section celebrating the importance of wine throughout China’s history, a spectacular collection of over 300 snuff bottles, and selected works of art from the important Mu Fei collection. Also featured are a collection of Tibetan works of art, and an array of Japanese art including a private collection of scroll paintings and a rare Namban cabinet from the 17th century.
Day Two features over 350 lots of Chinese ceramics from the Neolithic period to the Republic period including a private collection of Tang pottery court ladies, one of which stands at over a metre tall. A private collection of Kangxi powder-blue glazed porcelain is also offered for sale, alongside a broad array of Chinese furniture, bronzes, and organic works of art.
